Full disclosure - I’m wearing (knockoff) Spanx in the after photo. The brutally honest truth is, after having an overly large baby at what was already my heaviest weight, I have a lot of extra skin in my midsection post-weight loss. I’m not sure I’m done having kids yet, so I won’t be having surgery to fix that yet.
(Sorry the quality of the after photo, I loathe having my photo taken, even now, so it is what it is. Haha.)
Just another before and after. I haven’t moved any lower than my lowest weight of 77.6kg which I reached in November of 2011 but I have managed to maintain most of my weightloss, weighing in at around 79kg these days. And I dunno, I suppose that’s something to be proud of, right?
