Left: 215
Right: 181.2
Loss: 33.8lbsStill have a long way to go!All healthy eating (well, most of the time! Lol) through weight watchers, and adding some exercise. And when I say adding, I mean taking my dog for a long walk, it gets me up and moving but it doesn’t seem like I am working out. Which makes me like it! :)
Sorry I wasn’t really in the same pose, but I just found the picture on the left a couple of days ago and wanted to compare them to each other. The picture on the left was around 4 years ago, and the picture on the right is me currently. There is about a 75lb weight difference. At first I started slow and steady, and once the weight started to come off I took it more seriously. It was all diet, exercise, and staying motivated.
I’m 5’8 and on the left I was around 212lbs, and on the right I’m about 135lbs.

Truly insane what weight does to a person’s face.
All my features were hidden due to so much excess weight. Now, they pop. I didn’t even know I had mini dimples! This is a difference of about 110lbs or so. I’ve lost a total of around 120lbs, and still looking to lose a few more.
Also, coincidentally, these pictures were taken almost exactly 3 years apart. I didn’t start my journey until October 2009, though.
All done with clean eating and intense exercise. Nothing else except pure dedication.
Weight is not the issue. fix your head first. then your body if you’d like
